Lindsay Phillips
Independent Non-Executive Director
Currently Chairman of Nightingale Partners, Lindsay serves as a Director on the majority of the funds’ investee companies. He has broad experience in investment banking and private equity in the United Kingdom, Europe, USA and Australia.
He previously served as Managing Director of Lazard Australia Private Equity. Lindsay holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia and is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and New Zealand.
Peter Langham
Independent Non-Executive Director
With over 30 years’ experience in the finance industry, Peter brings a wealth of experience to PayOK having founded a successful fintech business and served as CEO and Director of ScotPac Business Finance, Australia’s largest trade finance group handling over $18 billion of sales per annum.
He oversaw significant growth at ScotPac Business Finance, which consistently outperformed the market and won multiple awards.
Colin Porter
Founder and CEO
A fintech entrepreneur and business leader, Colin has vast experience in creating successful SAAS B2B offerings for the SME sector. Within 20 years, he founded Loyalty Media, CreditorWatch, Avenue Bank and most recently PayOK. Colin is focused on building high performance teams that can revolutionise industry and challenge duopolies by redefining how businesses and consumers use and pay for services.
Lindy Milne
Managing Director
A natural business leader, Lindy has amassed over 30 years of managerial experience across multiple industries. Her ability to develop and implement strategies has consistently delivered high growth results throughout her career. Skilled in marketing, sales and finance management, she can adapt structure and technology to drive bottom line profit to shareholders.
Lindy possesses a customer centric mindset and is passionate about mentoring the next generation to achieve.
Daniel Ryding
Chief Technology Officer
An experienced and passionate Global Chief Technology Officer with over 16 years’ industry experience, Daniel specialises in building and running successful agile cloud based mobile and web startups to SMEs.
He is a highly motivated and ambitious technology leader that focuses on high performance individuals and cultures in high growth industries.
Laura Capstick
Operations Manager
An experienced Operations Manager across various sectors, Laura is passionate about mitigating supplier and vendor fraud for procurement managers and business owners via the PayOK platform.
Through her effective leadership and demonstrated problem-solving skills, she aims to provide high quality, customer service whilst recognising and prioritising service improvements.
Madeleine Mattera
Financial Services Risk and Compliance
A financial services professional with over 20 years’ experience, Madeleine has helped financial institutions navigate the challenges of growth, transformation, risk & regulation, culture, strategy and governance in a post Royal Commission environment of ultra-low interest rates, ESG and expanding regulation.
She has previously held positions at Grant Thornton, KPMG and EY.
